I cant believe that I am back to blogging after many years. There is some form of comfort in familiarity. I am still struggling with my weight and sadly, the weight has increase together with my stress levels in school. This year, I decided to embark on a Gym journey and have lost 5 kg since then although now, I am stuck on a plateau.
I am considering to go vegan. Initially, it started out because I was plainly following a youtuber. Now, after watching documentaries about what meat could do to one's body, I do somewhat strongly believe that a plant-based diet could be very beneficial for me. That's not saying that meat is bad and that I will forever be a vegan. I am hoping to start a 6 days vegan + 1 day meat diet. Somewhat, I believe that meat products do have its benefits.
Today, I intentionally refused to eat any meat and it did felt good. I felt less bloated.
